This bulletin contains important information on practical and scientific aspects of the conference.
Plenary (45-60 min.) and invited (30 min.) lectures are scheduled during the morning sessions. Parallel sessions (except Wednesday) with short talks (20 min.) will be held in the afternoons. Contributions to be given as talks will be selected by the Organizing Committee on the recommendation of the International Program Committee.

The site of the conference is the Hotel ``Rysy***'' (left photo), additional hotel for accomodation is Hotel ``Meander***'' (right photo), both in (Tatranská) Štrba located close (less than 5 km) to the world-known mountain-ski and tourist resort, the Štrbské Pleso (1355 m a.s.l.), which is easily accessible by cable-car with the lower station situated near the hotels. Another beautiful resort within easy range, is Skalnaté Pleso (1751 m a.s.l.) offering a glamorous trip from the col Lomnické Sedlo (2200 m a.s.l.) down to Tatranská Lomnica (950 m a.s.l.).
The conference organization will provide the participants with accommodation with full board, social program, conference materials, coffee-breaks, and a copy of the Book of Abstracts and the Proceedings.
The standard full conference fee based on the shared double bedded room fare makes 450 €, for students 350 €. Single room and appartment accomodations are also available under a moderate additional fee.
The conference fee for accompanying persons makes 300 € per person. This includes five days hotel accommodation with full board as well as social programme.
1. Monday, August 28: Welcome Party (20:00 - 23:00).
2. Wednesday, August 30: Excursion along the gothic road through historical towns (Levoca, Spišská Kapitula, Košice) with ancient architecture.
3. Thursday, August 31: Banquet (19:30 - :).
Participants needing Slovak visas have to contact the nearest embassy of the Slovak Republic. For official documents needed for the visa procedure, please, contact the Slovak organizers.

I. Nationals of all countries not listed in any of the above categories are requested to check the conditions for obtaining the visa with the Embassy or Consulate General of the Slovak Republic accredited in the country of their residence, and obtain the visa prior to their arrival in the Slovak Republic.

The deadline for an abstract (one A5 page format) submission for the book of abstracts is May 25, 2006. Please, find and download the sample LaTeX-file for the abstract.
The deadline for registration is June 30, 2006. The online registration form will be available at the conference site in March 2006.
The deadline for the contribution submission to the conference proceedings is August 28, 2006.
