Congratulations to the acceptance of your article for publication as a part of proceedings of our conference. Following you will find a check-list with steps necessary for a successful creation of proceedings.
- Paper Finalization ― you have invested lot of time to preparation of your contribution from scientific point of view. Same care now needs to be taken in order to prepare your article from formal point of view. To adhere to Springer's format please check following (detailed informations are available in authors instructions):
- Capitalization of Title and Sections ― title of your contribution as well as of all sections should be capitalized. For details on capitalization read, e.g., this or this site.
- Colour of Images ― proceedings will be printed in black and white. Ensure, that all your images are in b/w colour or that they are in reasonable quality when printed in b/w.
- Author's Names ― check that names of all authors that should appear in proceedings are present and spelled correctly in order they should appear. Write full names. Names are expected to be written in western style (starting with given name, surnames last). If you decide to write in proceedings also e-mail address, note that this will be available on-line from Springer's site.
- Keywords ― check that you have provided keywords in your contribution.
- Punctuation in Mathematical Formulas ― mathematical formulas should be punctuated in normal way, but add a free space before every punctuation mark.
- References ― references at the end of article should be ordered alphabetically (not by order of appearance).
- Short Version of Title ― if title of your article is too long, please provide its shorter version by command \titlerunning{}. Otherwise the title will be shortened by editors.
- Copyright Transfer ― to publish your contribution, we need a copyright agreement signed by one of the authors allowing us to do so. Please, download the copyright agreement form and fill in title of contribution, author(s) name(s), and corresponding author's data (don't forget e-mail which will be necessary for proof reading of your article later). Fill in date and sign the agreement. Attach scanned copy of this agreement to source files, which you will upload to the conference system. Signature of only one author is needed.
For your convenience, we have prepared also this LaTeX template. Simply uncomment necessary fields in file copyright.tex, fill in your data and compile the file using pdfLaTeX. Don't edit attached files (besides copyright.tex). Still you have to print the resulting pdf and sign it.
Warning: Don't download copyright agreement form from Springer's site. It doesn't contain title of proceedings as well as names of editors.
- Paper upload ― to submit your final version of article prepare 2 files, one a pdf file with camera-ready version of your article and one a zip (tgz, tar) containing source files of your article including all included files (especially figures) and scanned signed copyright agreement as was written in point 2. Having these, log-in into the Springer's Online Conference Service, go to `Submit Final Version' and upload prepared files. At this point, check if you have correct list of co-authors, keywords, number of pages, and abstract (in the system, not paper). Check `I have faxed the filled copyright form.' check-box. After this, just press submit and on next page press again submit. Important! Don't fax the copyright form to Springer. You have to attach it into the archive containing source files.
- Proofreading of Article ― after we collect all articles, proceedings will be sent to the publisher who will do the necessary reformatting. During this process corresponding authors will receive an e-mail (to the address written in copyright agreement) from India containing their article for proofreading. You should therefore allow mails from India with attachments. During this phase, only errors made during reformatting can be corrected. No correction of article is allowed. With pdf version of your article you will be given certain amount of time for reaction (approximately 2 weeks). If you don't answer in this period, article will be considered as good.
