The working language of the conference is English. The Conference Proceedings will be published soon after the conference as a part of Springer's Lecture Notes in Computer Science. All contributions will be passed through standard approval process.
Papers for proceedings should be 6 pages long for the case of ordinary contributions and 10-14 for plenary talks. Papers should be written with LaTeX, using LNCS class. You can download sample paper (and modify it to your needs) here.
Short introduction in how to prepare your article can be found here and comprehensive formatting guide can be found here.
Submission of paper consists of four steps:
1. Registration - To register into the conference submission system, please visit this link. All fields with title in bold are mandatory. Shortly after registration you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration and requesting it's validation by visiting a special link.
2. Paper submission - After successful registration, log into the conference site with e-mail address and password as you have provided them during the registration process. You can now submit your article by clicking on the button Submit new article. All fields except "Remarks concerning the article" are mandatory. At this step you have only to provide printable version of article - only .pdf files are allowed. Please, use sample paper to prepare your article. Even after submitting your paper, you can still change it, provided it was not already delegated to reviewer for review. Deadline for paper submission is July 17, 2011 but earlier submissions are strongly encouraged as this will speed up the review process as well as the process of preparation of proceedings.
3. Final paper submission - By September 1, 2011 you will be informed about acceptance of your paper and you will receive remarks of the referees. You will have than time until September 30, 2011 to upload final version of your article with incorporated remarks of the referees. This submission will be again via conference submission system. Unlike in the case of first paper submission, LaTeX source files are requested at this stage of process. All files necessary for creation of printable version should be provided in a form of one .zip file containing the source file and all included images. If possible, images should be prepared in scalable formats (s.a. .pdf or .eps).
4. Rights transfer - Before we can publish your contribution as a part of Lecture Notes in Computer Science proceedings, we will need a copyright agreement filled in and signed by the author. This copyright agreement, together with description how to fill in the agreement and send it (scanned by e-mail) to conference organizers, will be available on this site in the beginning of September, 2011.
Important: Don't try to change the page layout as this will be returned to original state in the process of preparation of proceedings. References should be ordered alphabetically. You can use attached bibliography style to achieve this result. Avoid declaring unnecessary macros and remove all unused macros from document preamble. Proceedings will be printed in black and white. Please consider this during the preparation of your images and avoid using colours unless necessary.
